4. If a person is traveling to polio-endemic countries then Oral Polio Vaccine should be taken with Yellow Fever Vaccine within 24 hours or 28 days apart. Those who have an appointment for a Yellow Fever Vaccine on Thursday OPD should take Oral Polio Vaccine on Wednesday in Kalavati Mavale Hospital, Narayan Peth, Pune.
5. For Hypertensive and Diabetic patients Blood Pressure (BP) and Random Blood Sugar (RBS) should be within the normal range at the time of yellow fever vaccination.
6. Those who have taken Yellow Fever Vaccine once in life, have no need to take the vaccine again as it is valid for a lifetime.
7. Kindly bring a Original Passport along with Xerox copy of the passport front and backside.
8. Print of transaction receipt with a booking date.

10. Yellow fever vaccine is for 9 month to 60 year age. People above 60 year age can take this vaccine only if they are eligible after medical check up and also they have to give high risk consent .
11. Yellow fever Certificate will be renewed with lifetime validity only if previous yellow fever vaccine has been taken from this centre only . people who have taken previous dose from other centre have to go there respective centre for renewal of certificate with lifetime validity.
