- If a person is traveling to polio-endemic countries then Oral Polio Vaccine should be taken with Yellow Fever Vaccine within 24 hours or 28 days apart. Oral polio vaccine is available in Kalavati Mavale Hospital, Narayan Peth Pune
- For Hypertensive and Diabetic patients Blood Pressure (BP) and Random Blood Sugar (RBS) should be within the normal range at the time of yellow fever vaccination.
- Those who have taken Yellow Fever Vaccine once in life, have no need to take the vaccine again as it is valid for a lifetime.
- Kindly bring a Valid Original Passport along with Xerox copy of the passport first and last page mentioning details of applicant.
- Print of transaction receipt with a booking date.
- Yellow fever vaccine is for 9 months to 60 years of age group. People above 60 years of age can take this vaccine only if they are eligible after medical check up. Such person should get a fitness certificate from their treating physician for Yellow Fever Vaccination and have to give high risk consent.
- Renewal: Yellow fever certificate will be renewed. It comes with lifetime validity only if the previous yellow fever vaccine was taken from an authorized government centre in India only. Duplicate: If the original yellow fever certificate is lost, a duplicate certificate will be provided after submitting an FIR copy of the lost certificate. Renewal and duplicate certificate services are available offline, in person, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

- Those who are having Egg allergy or Strictly Vegetarian who have not eaten egg or egg based products should get an egg allergy test report and a fitness certificate from their physician for Yellow Fever Vaccination.
